    How do I make a three-panel lay-out (brochure-like lay-out) in Photoshop CS3?

I'm trying to make a brochure for our business and I need to make it in Photoshop CS3. I know how to do it Microsoft Office Publisher since there is a preset lay-out in publisher already. But most mass printing businesses here in the Philippines prefer a Photoshop lay-out.

I wish you can help me out with this one. Thanks guys. =)

make a new image, preferably the size of an A3 sheet of paper if you are printing on that.
Then divide the image into 3 sections with a thin black line.

Thats the only way I can think of.
