I am starting to gain a lot of weight. I am 15, and I am feeling really selfconscious.
This Summer, I am determined to lose maybe even 1 stone - I am not sure how many pounds this is.

I am going on a Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Walk in a few days, but after that, I have to work on my health.
I can't do any fancy diets because I have to eat around my family. My mother wouldn't let me use diet pills, and I do not have a treadmill or bicycle machine.
What do you suggest I eat in the holidays?
P.S. I hate doing press-ups and sit-ups. I like doing a real Sport. It is more interesting, like swimming or horse-riding. I dislike running.
