Is he going to have the books audited every quarter?
Is he going to have the books audited and published annually?
Will he outsource to Deloitte and Tousche, the only non-American "Big Four" auditing firm?
Will he really disclose EVERYTHING according to the demands of the SEC and the auditors?
Is Obama lying when he says that he will not exert control over GM while the SEC declares him in control by virtue of stock ownership?
Will the SEC sanction Obama for making false public statements?
Will Obama voluntarily institute proper internal controls to discourage fraud the way every other publicly traded company is required?
Will Obama publish a letter each year stating his responsibility for any fraud committed by GM personnel, as every other publicly traded company is required?
(Yes, folks, GM is still publicly traded. It doesn't have to be on the DOW or any index. Even "over the counter" corporations have the same responsibilities.)
