Thread: why dont the numbers on my computer keyboard go above 9?

I have recently purchased my first computer, but I am having great difficulties typing number that are greater than 9.On my keyboard I have numbers 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, but nothing above.Is my computer a reject?

you should always check for these things before you leave the shop now your going to have to take it back

urs doesn't have numbers up to eleventy-twelve? bummmer mine does.

.........well, um, if you want to type in 10, type "1" then "0"...and so on....duh!

Because I'm renowned for being a nice guy, I'll buy it off you. Since it is broken, I can only pay you 1/10th of the price (see, my numbers work) but it's better than throwing it away.

No, It's not a reject all computers have 9 number keys and 0.
If you need a number higher than 9 you use two keys.
Example. so you would use keys 1,0 = 10. Key 2,2 = 22.
