Can you guys rate each of the movies with 1 star being crappy to 5 stars- being excellent.Also add a little detail to why you gave it that star. I don't want to watch a movie and feel like I wasted my 7 bucks.

G.I. Joe - 3 stars - It was a typical action movie. A lot of things get blown up and a lot of people die. I like this kind of simple plot and senseless action, though. Any guy would enjoy this movie!
District 9 - 2 stars - This movie was not at all what I expected. The plot was more interesting than I expected. I didn't particularly enjoy it that much because the whole movie made me feel dirty. While blood and violence doesn't bother me (and there was alot of both) the enviroment and plot made the whole movie really uncomfortable. Most people I've talked to said they enjoyed it though, so it really depends on what type of movie your up for.
If you want a fun summer movie go for G.I. Joe, if you want something a little bit deeper go for District 9.
G.I Joe - 3 star(s)
District 9 - 1.5 star(s)
You can watch a mindless, CGI filled action movie, that has been critically bashed.
Or you can watch a critically acclaimed, emotional and action packed sci-fi classic.
It's easy- Go see District 9.

D9=4 stars,
1-Rated R, so no kids
2. Reasonable action and fantastic cinematography
3. Wonderful acting, even tho it was a cast of unknowns
4. You actually feel for the main characters
G.I. Joe=2 stars
1. Terrible acting (screen writers fault)
2. less action more romantic flashbacks
3. pg13=lots o little ones screaming at the screen
4. for a group of the best trained people on earth they sure did a s***e job!
