yes. anything is better than nothing
Yes. A good supplement is L-carnitin (get in health store/chemist) 1 hour before you bike. Then an hour after your push up, drink protein drink and eat your next meal with smallest serve of carbs and heaps of protein
yes i do 70 pushups every night and it is helping me
of course. biking is great for burning calories and fat. and push ups make your arms, shoulders and back look good!
I would deffiantly sugest biking as that will help you lose weght fast, not so much the push ups tho, as there for muscle building.
