my boyfriend got arrested and is in jail he has till January to get out is there any way he can re schedule his court date so he can get out sooner or is there any way to get him out quicker with out paying bond

Nov, Dec, Jan. Only 2 1/2 months. Thats not that bad. what did he do to get that sentence. Rape?

Depends what he did. In some cases he may deserve to stay in jail. Or maybe not.
