Its from a buy here pay here .i put 4500 down payment.I ask was it wrecked and he said no,its from the bank,did a check and its been in like 4 crashes.

yes there are 30 day licensed dealer protection laws. just contact a local court clerk for more info.

You were shown a car, you inspected the car, you had the opportunity to check it out before you signed. You gave them money in exchange for the vehicle you were shown, in its present condition. All used car sales are AS IS where is - you own it
