Im currently doing a lot of preseason training, consisting mostly of sprinting drills like ucla's, timed runs, courses, etc.

and normally im just really out of breath but now im starting to feel really dizzy, lightheaded and a little nauseous between the drills.

my diet has pretty much stayed the same, so im not sure if that has anything to do with it

what im basically looking for is any little thing that will make me feel better for that next sprint faster

and info or experiences will be appreciated
