ok, how long would yal suggest hiking? I got a trail close by that is 2 miles but I think that's too short. I also got a trail around a lake and that 4-5 miles, but I'm not sure if that's too long?

GuestDepends on how into hiking she is. And if it is cold or not. And how fast you go. The 4-5 miles might be a bit too long, but you could always go a mile and a half around and then come back. Good luck!!
