Where can I download free ringtones or make free ringtones that will work on my phone?

Network: Alltel
Phone: Samsung
Model: SCH-U350
Thank you for your answers, but if it were that easy I'd had it done the day I got the phone. I've tried Myxer, PhoneZoo, Zedge, and many more including the ones you listed, none will work. I don't get it.
