Every time i try to access either, it asks me to sign it but every time is get this error
"can't establish a reliable data connection to the server"
i know this is a known issue and people have fixed this by hard resetting, but is there any other way. If not can you tell me how to backup my contacts and texts because the rest i have copied from my micro sd
