I just started doing the HCG diet at home, on my own. I bought some food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But I am wondering if I can eat them, they are under 500 calories total for the day. A yogurt in the am 60 cal. or egg (boiled) 70 cal. then a sandwhich which adds up to be about 150 or so, then soup for 100-200... is all of this okay or am i suppose to be on a strick diet from them?
