You can go to the buffet but keep it in moderation. Don't go when you are starving and then eat until you're about to pop. Instead...eat some 0 point foods first and a glass of water. Then go and be sure to watch your portions and eat slowly. Don't fill your plate...make yourself have to get up and make another trip to the buffet. Eat until you are full...not stuffed!

how many points would i rack up on weight watchers if i went to a Chinese buffet?

i am feeling down because i had a bad week during my diet for not being more careful, so i have a question. if i saved up all my flex points for the week to go to a buffet at the end of the weekly cycle and in addition, i also had only a few points worth of food on the day of the buffet and saved my flex and daily points, would i need to worry too much about the buffet?

i am aware it is not something that i should be doing all the time with my flex points, but i really like that buffet.
i already know the old song and dance to eat at meal times and not starve yourself.
