bicycling accident? Why do I have to pay back my medical insurance if I receive a settlement from a bicycling accident in california? (Someone hit me) I paid my deductible and co pays? Does the insurance co have to deduct the annual deductible from the amount owed? Also I heard there is a law that limits the amount the insurance co can recover?
