Engine is surging at idle on a 94 Ford Taurus. What could be wrong?

When i give it the gas is misses and cuts out. I have changed the throttle body positioner, checked around the throttle body and it is clean, ive changed a module that ford said could be the problem and it isnt the problem. This is the 4th time in less than a yr something has gone wrong with car, please help me figure out what might be the problem before i light a match to it and burn it to the ground. lol.
ive also changed the fuel filter.
i also forgot to mention that the check engine light is flashing constantly.

Sounds like an IAC(idle air control) sensor problem. Have it scanned.
